A small, sharp client pipeline for one person. You curate a handful of real prospects, the system researches and drafts a first message and a follow-up in your voice, and you decide what actually goes out. Nothing sends itself. Setup takes about thirty minutes.

Work through these in order. Each step has its details in the toggle below it.

  1. Fill your ICP Profile.
  2. Fill your Voice Profile.
  3. Copy the Lead Database.
  4. Import the Make scenario and paste your key.
  5. Wire the trigger and run a test.

Step 1 — Your ICP Profile

This is the step that decides everything downstream. Be specific about the strong-fit test, and about the look-right-but-wrong case: the prospect who matches your industry and size but is hiring a full-time role rather than contracting. A sharp profile is what lets the system flag those instead of drafting at them.

Step 2 — Your Voice Profile

The system writes in your voice, not a generic AI voice. The single most useful thing you can do is paste two or three real messages you have actually sent.

Step 3 — Copy the Lead Database

Copy the base into your own Airtable workspace, then keep it as your working pipeline.

Copy the Lead Database base

You only ever fill in the left-hand fields: Name, Company, Source, the two Context Link fields, and Notes. The system fills Score, Draft Opener, Follow-up Draft, Fit Reason, and Status. Check the Ready box when a prospect is ready to be worked.

The status flow is New, Researched, Contacted, Replied, Booked, plus Not a fit. New and Researched are handled for you. You move a row to Contacted, Replied, and Booked as the conversation progresses.

Step 4 — Import the Make scenario
