What's inside
Four assets that move a new client from first inquiry to a booked kickoff call, so you stop rewriting the same emails and documents for every project.
- New Client Intake — a database that logs every inquiry and tracks it from first contact to kickoff.
- Welcome Packet — a ready-to-send document that tells a new client what to expect and how you work.
- Scope of Work — a fill-in template that defines deliverables and, critically, what falls out of scope.
- Onboarding Email Prompts — copy-ready prompts that draft your inquiry reply, welcome note, scope confirmation, and kickoff invite in your own voice.
The 24-hour onboarding flow
This is the sequence the toolkit is built around. Each step has an asset behind it, so a new inquiry can reach a booked kickoff inside a day.
- Log the inquiry. Add a row to New Client Intake and set Status to
Inquiry.
- Reply fast. Use the Inquiry Reply prompt to answer warmly and ask your qualifying questions.
- Qualify the fit. Budget, timeline, and scope line up? Set Status to
Qualified.
- Send the welcome. Fill the Welcome Packet, draft the note with the Welcome Email prompt, and set Status to
Onboarding.
- Lock the scope. Fill the Scope of Work, then use the Scope Confirmation prompt to get a clear yes in writing.
- Book the kickoff. Use the Kickoff Scheduling prompt to propose times and set the agenda. Set Status to
Kicked Off.
The Status field on each intake row tells you where every client sits in this flow at a glance.
